The Senior Associate, Community Capacity Building will organize and
implement programmatic aspects of CTAC’s initiatives in community
development, health and human services, and education reform, working
independently and as part of teams. The successful candidate will
demonstrate content knowledge in community organizing, nonprofit and
program management, and/or education reform or school-community
partnerships. Bachelors degree required (masters preferred), as well as
8–12 years of leadership experience within nonprofit community
organizations. Experience with urban public school systems or
philanthropic organizations a plus.

practices, resource expenditures and student achievement results.
Provide onsite assistance to strengthen leadership and professional
development, and institutionalize instructional practices that support
schools and classrooms. Requires extensive experience in professional

education reform initiatives.

and data analyses. Must have professional experience with urban school
systems, education reform initiatives and outcome measures. Doctorate
in Statistical Measurement or Research and Evaluation required.
