methodologies. Requires hands-on experience with Value-Added, HLM
and/or IGM. Requires ability to prepare and present reports, proposals,
and data analyses. Must have professional experience with urban school
systems, education reform initiatives and outcome measures. Doctorate
in Statistical Measurement or Research and Evaluation required.

strengthen management, professional development and instructional
strategies. Prepare and present training curricula and materials.
Coordinate project activities. Requires leadership experience within
public school systems as a senior level administrator or principal.
Requires extensive experience in systemic reform and program
management. Masters degree required, doctorate preferred.
